Leaders in Training/ Internship Program (LITs)
LITs will work side by side with KIDS for the BAY Educators and Camp Leaders each day of camp, assist with leading various camp activities and games, and help ensure the safety of campers. LITs will gain valuable experience in teaching best practices in environmental education and coordinating a camp program.
LITs will receive guidance, support, and direction from KIDS for the BAY Educators throughout the summer on a day-to-day basis. This position is an excellent career development opportunity for anyone seeking to gain experience in teaching environmental education and working with youth.
